Every module is powered up, checked for optical power, eye pattern and error rate before it leaves the factory. Failed units do not ship.

Modules are verified against the major switch and router platforms so the part works in your equipment the first time.

Warranty is 1-3 years - the exact term is agreed per order.

Standard models ship within about a week. We confirm the exact date on the quotation, and tell you honestly if a model needs longer.

We charge for samples because we test every unit we ship. The cost is credited against your first production order.
